We have decided to make our Marsh Harbour retreat available to you on a limited basis. Enjoy
entertaining your friends at our home away from home, SNAPPER POINT.
Indulge in the amenities that only SNAPPER POINT, a lovely 13 acre island retreat can offer. Along
with 2 private homes that accommodate up to 17 guests in 8 private bedrooms, you can enjoy the
swimming pool, tennis court, nature trails, 3 private beaches, and a private marina with space for a
large yacht. SNAPPER POINT is home to the "Justice", a 70 ft. Striker.
We also have our SUV available for rental.

13 Acre Secluded (gated) Peninsula. Two Private homes with full kitchens. Each home has 3 bedrooms
and a 1 bedroom apartment beneath. 3 Private Beaches, Nature Trails, swimming pool with tiki bar,
tennis courts, full marina (can hold up to 70 ft yacht)with power, Gazebos positioned throughout
property.
