Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house is exquisitely furnished new furnishings
throughout. This lovely, 2780 square foot home has a huge back yard with a private
pool and spa, an oversized covered patio and a gas grill. The property backs up to a desert wash
with spectacular views of mature Saguaro Cacti and the White Mountain range.
The property is professionally landscaped and maintained, and has several mature trees and
shrubbery. There is also grass in the backyard for your enjoyment.
The house itself has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a loft complete with a love seat and a queen
sofa sleeper. The over-sized master bedroom suite is truly exceptional with a king sleigh bed, a
sitting area and a master bath with an over-sized soaking tub, separate shower area and double
sinks. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, while the third has two twin beds. The
downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a full bath adjacent to it. All mattresses are brand new
pillow tops. This vacation home sleeps eight privately, and up to 10 using the queen sofa sleeper.
For your entertainment, the great room is equipped with a 42” plasma television with HD service.
The surround sound system has a DVD player, a CD player and an iPod dock, making it the ideal place
to watch sporting events and movies or listen to your favorite music. The upstairs loft has a 37”
LCD television, DVD player and an iPod connection to indoor and outdoor speakers. Kids and adults
alike will also enjoy some friendly competition with the ping pong table in the three-car garage!
Bring your laptop and enjoy the complimentary Wi-Fi connection.
The separate living room is specially designed for “quiet time” with two over-stuffed loveseats
making it the perfect place for quiet conversation or to curl up with a good book.
Our guests will also enjoy the large kitchen that has been completely outfitted with all of the
necessary equipment for cooking and enjoying a homemade meal. There is seating for four at the
kitchen table, and up to eight in the dining room.
The location at Estrella Mountain Ranch provides easy access to Championship Golf (3 min), NFL
Football (25 min), MLB Spring Training (15 Min), NASCAR (25 min) and downtown Phoenix (25 min).
The Estrella Mountain community itself boasts two lakes with walking and biking trails, volleyball
courts, and an 18-hole Championship, Troon-managed golf course. Also, located directly across the
street from our home is a park for the kids!
