NOTE: This unit, at this price is NOT located on busy the Mission
Boulevard nor does it step out onto either of the two alley
throughfares. Instead it is located on a cross street/alley which is
more quiet and secure than most properties. 720 San Luis Rey Place is
just 18 minutes from the airport or train station.

"Fill-In" Summer Discounts $1550 + tax or mid-week 5 night minimum .  We do not "wrap" week-ends in the summer.

High Season Monthly: $5,600 no tax (+30 consecutive nights)

WE HAVE: 4 to 7 nightly rentals, weekly rentals, monthly rentals depending upon season and holidays...ASK!

Off-Season Weekly: November-June.............$1000-$1450*
Nightly mid September-June: $175-$250 per night.
Holidays: 4 night minimum on holiday weekends

Monthly off season: 90 day maximum We love visiting nurses, medical
