Close to the I-10, 202, 101, freeways, you can drive to downtown Phoenix in 20 minutes and Scottsdale in 30 minutes. There is a free shuttle bus that can take you to all neighborhood attractions. It's a beautiful place to be.

Outside is a beautiful custom covered patio, BBQ, firepit, and lush green grass.  There are two mature fruit trees where you can pick sweet ruby red grapefruits or lemons to make refreshing lemon aide after a day of basking in the warm Arizona sunshine!

Walk to the park for tennis courts, baseball fields, volleyball fields, basketball courts, playground, bbq, etc. Across the street is the family YMCA which has a full gym, two pools, climbing wall, game room, childrens workout area, computer lab, child care, aerobic classes and more. Just up the street is South Mountain which has many hiking trails to choose from. There are at least ten beautiful golf courses close by! Downtown are major sporting events, theater, dining, nightlife, shopping, etc.
There is a free shuttle bus available for neighborhood travel and public bus available for other transportation. Everything is easy to get to; including FBR/Phoenix Open, Barrett Jackson, spring training games, Firebird raceway, theater, concerts, nightlife, etc.
