Our 3200-square foot house has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, one bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a crib,
and the famiy room has 2 queen futons. The house has three full baths. All the rooms are cozy and
comfortable, with firm mattresses, and nice furniture. Master Bathroom has a jacuzzi tub.
We are located in Tahoe Donner which has lots of amenities. It is known for hundreds of miles of
cross country skiing, and its own downhill slope with children's ski lessons (much less expensive
than the resorts). Tahoe Donner also has a year round heated lap pool, sauna and gym, about a half
mile from the house. There is also a family sledding hill a half mile from the house that provides

The house is fully equipped – 61 " HDTV, Blue Ray,  Direct TV,  DVD and VCR and dozens of movies, Pool Table, HOT TUB
dart board, poker table, stereo and CDs, plenty of books. The house is very kid friendly (High
Chair, gates on stairs, crib, no dangerous hieghts). The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans,bread
maker, popcorn maker, blender, toaster, place servings for 10, etc.
You also have free use of all the spices, condiments, cookbooks, etc so you just have to shop for
the basics.

Boating, Cycling.
Great skiing very accessible to: Squaw Valley 15 miles, Alpine 20 miles, North Star 10 miles, Sugar
Bowl 10 miles.
Cross Country Skiing: Royal Gorge 10 miles, Tahoe Doner 2 miles, Norden 10 miles
Fishing: Boca Reservior 5 miles, Stampede Reservoir 5 Miles, Donner Lake 1 mile, Truckee River 2 miles
