Very conveniently located for boat rentals, fuel and all of the other 
items you would typically drive to a marina for.

Vacation Rental Rates

Memorial day to labor day $1100.00 wk includes all fees  
plus $300.00 refundable security deposit. 
Or $175.00 per night 3 night minimum plus $300.00 refundable 
security deposit. 
Off season rates $700.00 wk includes all fees  
plus $300.00 refundable security deposit. 
Or $125.00 per night 2 night minimum plus 
$300.00 refundable security deposit.  
Deposit and signed rental agreement must be received within  
10 days to hold reservation. 
Full payment must be received 60 days prior to check in. 
Pet charge 75.00. 
Ask about monthly specials during the winter.
