Or $125.00 per night 2 night minimum plus
$300.00 refundable security deposit.
Pet fee $100.00
Deposit and signed rental agreement must be received within10 days to hold reservation.
Full payment must be received 60 days prior to check in.
A cleaning fee of $50.00 will be charged only if house is rented for 4 days or less.
