Vacation Rental Description

Mediterrean style, it has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, 
handsome tile floors (except in carpeted bedrooms), a generous 
kitchen with pantry, all appliances (incl.DW,W/D,microwave).  Large 
master bedroom has view of preserve, walk-in closet and seated 
vanity in bathroom.  All rooms have ceiling fans.  Cable is located 
in the great room and both bedrooms.  One car garage has access to 
attic storage and garage door opener.  The unit has approximately 
1,300sf under air and a 13'x14' tiled and screened patio with 
lighted adjacent garden and privacy walls.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Tom Fazio designed 18 hole golf course at Eagle Marsh, driving 
range, free chipping & putting.  Restaurant at clubhouse serves 
lunch daily and dinner two nights per week.  Community pool with 
adjacent clubhouse.  Tennis courts - four total, two lighted. 

Activities and Attractions

Golf, tennis, swimming, fishing (lakes in adjacent FL Savannas, 
ocean beaches and rivers). Ocean beaches are approximately five 
miles to East, 15 minutes by car. Boat rentals are available in 
Jensen Beach and Stuart.  The main street of downtown Jensen Beach 
features restaurants with open air bars and courtyard dining, art 
galleries, and boutiques.

Annual rental of unfurnished unit:  $1,100 includes cable TV and 
pool key.

Seasonal rental of furnished unit (4 mo. min.):  $2,300 with cable 
internet/TV and pool key.
