this three bedroom three bathroom apartment was newly furnished 2
years ago.
The first bedroom has two full beds and a full bathroom. The master
bedroom has king sized bed with a full bathroom, a couch and a plasma
TV with DVD. The third bedroom has two twin sized beds with a full
bathroom. All bedrooms have full closet space and air conditioning.
The living room has a sound system, a DVD player and cable television.
The adjacent dining room features a marble top table that seats eight.
The living room and dining room both have full-frontal ocean view with
sliding doors.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a maid's quarters with a
bunk bed and a small bathroom.

The swimming pool and garden area is 6,200 ft (1900 m) and is shared
with the 18 apartments in the building. There is direct access to the
beach.
The apartment building has a full-time staff which includes 24 hour
