Spacious 1,100 S.F. 1 bedroom, 1-1/2 bath beachfront condo located at the Sea Air Towers Complex, next door to the World Renowned Westin Diplomat Resort and Spa. Condo is completely remodeled, head to toe. Bathrooms feature glass tiles with glass vanities and a massage shower as well as natural slate stone.

Condo features 1 enormous bedroom with two (2) queen beds (sleeps 4), a lazy boy queen size sleeper sofa (sleeps 2 more people) and a twin sleeper sofa (sleeps 1). Sleeps 4 very comfortably, but can accommodate up to 7 people if needed. Two flat screen wall hanging televisions with satellite programming, DVD player, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Maker, George Foreman Grill, pots and pans as well as utensils are available for renters use.

Although the condo can sleep up to 6 guests, I will not rent to six guests.  Four maximum, up to the owners discretion.

Security Deposit: $ 1000.00, due upon reservation, refundable within 15 days of departure*.
* Security deposit returned upon final assessment of conditions of condo on departure.

Cleaning fee: $ 85.00, due on departure or deductible from security deposit for all stays.
