Crystal Rose Lincoln City - Ocean View, Luxury 7 Bedroom, 14 beds 
and over 4300+ sq ft home sleeps up to 22 comfortable.  Truly one of 
a kind, the only 7 bedroom home in Roads End.  This home features 
Maple hardwood floors, granite counter tops, vaulted ceilings, 
Marble Master Bath with a large Marble Walk In Shower.  The Master 
Bathroom also has a 6 ft. jetted Jacuzzi soaking tub with its own 
heater so you can relax all night without getting cold. Each of the 
7 bedrooms carries its own unique look and feel and are beautifully 
decorated.  All of the bedrooms come with full built-in closet 
organizers so there is plenty of room to unpack and unwind.  

The kitchen was designed by a gourmet cook and opens to the spacious 
dining room and living room area which is great for large groups, 
corporate gatherings, or large families. The family room has 5 large 
picture windows overlooking the ocean views with a Sleeper/Sofa 
sectional great for relaxing in or watching your favorite movie on 
the 50 inch Flat Screen. 

If you're looking for adult fun then the upstairs is just for you.  
We have a 8' foot professionally installed pool table and poker 
table situated in the the upper great room that also boast the best 
Sunset viewing in the home.  Complete with wall mounted 32" LCD Flat 
Screen and fire place you may never want to leave this area.  There 
is also a deck off this level for Sunset viewing or star gazing.  

The lower level of the home is where the kids will feel at home with 
Ping Pong, Video games, foos ball, wall mounted basket ball, and 
soft tip darts.  

One of the great things about this home is it's proximity to all the 
local entertainment.  Chinook Winds Casino is less than a minute 
drive from our front door, golf is 5 minutes away, and Devils Lake 
which offers boat rentals, water skiing, jet skis, and more is also 
a 5 minute drive.

Summer 2007 Rates June thru August (5 night minimum) 
Sunday thru Thursday $495.00 Per Night
Friday - Saturday Nightly Rate is $545.00 Per Night

2007-2008 Winter and Spring Rates
October - May (2 night minimum)
Sunday thru Thursday $450.00 Per Night 

Minimum Night Requirements
2-Night Minimum: October - May 
5-Night Minimum: June – August
3-Night Minimum: September

4-Night Minimum: Memorial Day-Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, 
Christmas and New Year's Holidays. 
3-Night Minimum: All 3 Day Holiday weekends 

Weekend Rates Apply to all Holidays regardless if they fall on week 
days. This includes all 3 and 4 day Holiday weekends. 

*In the event that there are gaps between nightly minimums, those 
dates may be rented outside the minimum nightly requirement at the 
weekend rate.  

If you're flexible on your dates and would like to stay less than 
the required minimum stay, call or email us and we'll help you find 
openings without staying for our "2 to 5 night minimum" requirements.
