Norman....This one-level home has been totally renovated, and will wow you from the moment you walk

appliances, and a huge bar in the kitchen. The kitchen is open to the living room, so that you can

Memorial day week/Race weeks/4th of July week......1,300.00
All other holiday weeks, including fishing tournament weeks.... 1,200.00

Monthly rentals possible, starting at $1800/month off-season.
Wkend or partial week rentals possible w/a 2-night minimum stay.
….3 night minimum stay on holidays….email or call for availability.
Nightly rate varies from $175.00 to 250.00, depending on season.
Security deposit is based on length of stay, with a minimum of $350.00, and is fully refundable within 20 days of departure.
Cleaning fee…includes final laundry...$75.00.
Non-refundable pet fee is $100.00 (per pet).

90% refund given for cancellations within 30 days of arrival date.
50% refund given for cancellations from 29 to 11 days of arrival.
No refunds given within 10 days of scheduled arrival date.
