Keys Tropical Getaway on a canal in Big Pine Key

I have a fenced in modified, manufactured home, located in a quiet residential
neighborhood. It is on ground level and has two bedrooms, bathroom, living room and
full
kitchen. The master bedroom has two twin beds connected to form a king
sized bed. The second bedroom has a full sized bed. The living room sofa converts to a
queen sized
bed. Also, I have 2 futons that are 6" thick and 2 that are 3" thick. A large screen
television in
the living room with cable and a supply of various movies for the VCR and DVD. Also,Play
Station
with loads of various games and a steering wheel. The unit is also equipped with a
wireless
internet.
The kitchen is large and fully equipped including a dishwasher also, there
is a washer and dryer. You can relax outside the rear door on the covered patio
surrounded by
tropical plantings, with a BBQ gas grill and a charcoal grill. The keys are home to the Key
dear, an
endangered species, and they periodically come into the yard to graze.
The rear door is about twenty feet from the canal where there is a fishing table and free boat dockage. We
are situated
on the gulf side, Bogie Channel, part of Spanish Harbor and there is full access to the
Florida Bay
as well as the ocean. Looe Key is about six miles south west and offers some of the
finest
snorkeling or scuba diving anywhere. There are two boat ramps in the immediate area.
Also, you can
rent a boat or use one of the commercial dive boats in the area. Key West is a short 30
miles away.

I am not going to list iron, microwave, ect. because it includes all the amenitied of your home.

The same as everybody else that is renting a place on Big Pine Key. We have a new and
beautiful recreational park that is 3 streets away from my place.

$895 weekly 1-2 persons

$12.50 each additional person per night

$125 per day

No charge for children 5 and under

All security deposit are non refundable. If there is a cancellation you can apply the deposit towards any future rental.  Lobster Season and monthly deposit is $500. otherwise it is $200 Monthly rental there is no charge for visitors. Cleaning fee is optional, if you elect NOT to clean it there is a $175 fee
