Beautiful Tropical Paradise at it's best on an acre in Big Pine Key

This is a fenced in home on one acre located in a quiet residential
neighborhood. It has three bedrooms, two bathroom, living room and full
kitchen. The master bedroom has a king, second bedroom has two twin beds and the third bedroom has a
Queen.

There is a large screen television with a satellite..
The kitchen is large and fully equipped including a dishwasher. There
is a washer and dryer. Outside the rear door is a deck with a hot tub. It also
includes a BBQ gas grill.
We are located on Big Pine Key off mile marker 31. Key West is 27 miles
west, about a forty minute drive. Big Pine Key has several restaurants,
banks, and a food market (Winn Dixie). There aren't any fast food
places.

I am not going to list iron, microwave, ect. because it includes all the amenitied of your
home.

Why be redundant, it is the same as everybody else that is renting a place on Big Pine Key.
Except they might not have included the new and beautiful recreational park which is
located 3 streets away from my place.

All security deposit are non refundable. If there is a cancellation you can apply the deposit towards any future your next rental.   Deposit is $300. Cleaning fee is $125, 12.5% Local and State tax, children 5 and under are free
