door) You overlook the water and the golf course. The house is
fully furnished, so bring your suitcase and a bathing suit. The house
is decorated in bright Florida colors and
fully equipped. Has hardwood floors throughout, stainless appliances,
stack washer & dryer, & covered parking under the house. Riverbend
Golf & River Club next door is open to the public and has a cute
restaurant on site called Marker 34. Beautiful view of the Riverbend
Golf course. Direct access canal, wooded area and yacht basin
at Admiralty Yacht Club. Includes two porches.

Can be rented monthly during season (Dec-April) for $2500 per month
or Annually at $1200 per month. (Plus tax)
Also ask about our weekly rate. If you rent for February, March or
April of 2009, we will include UNLIMITED GOLF at Riverbend Golf
Course for only $200 extra. $2700 + 11% tax
