Vacation Rental Description

We call Chez Kay's Unit, The VERY Super Suite. 
This unit has three bedrooms (Queen beds) with lovely linens and  
three and one half baths.  Hardwood floors with oriental rugs  
throughout.  The baths feature very large marble showers and all  
have a separate water closet for the toilet. 
 
The living room and kitchen are open and spacious with a dining  
table that can be expanded to eight. There is a beautiful piano to  
the far right and the chef's kitchen to the left.  Bring your Piano  
Discs and it will play for you.  We also have a flat screen TV and  
DVD in the living room. 
 
The kitchen has granite counter tops, gas range, with electric oven,  
Fisher Paykel 2 drawer dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, over  
the stove microwave, lighted glass cabinet doors, and is fully  
equipped.  A granite counter/bar separates the living area from the  
kitchen and seats four to chat with the cook or enjoy "happy hour  
and snacks".  
 
Two unit Central A/C, off street parking, looking out the back  
through extra tall French doors you see the lovely outdoor dining  
area with a nice size heated pool/sunning area and garden.  TV's in  
each room and telephones for local calls of phone card calls. 
 
Located in the Casa marina area just three blocks from Higgs Beach,  
complimentary public tennis courts, and children's playground (Astro  
City).  It is a 10 minute walk to southern Duval and 5 minute walk  
to the White Street galleries.
