kept, controlled front door access entry, elevator high rise building. This cozy, turn key home
features panoramic views, fully stocked kitchen, which is bright and open overlooking the living
room. The living room has a larger than full size sofa bed, king size bed in the master bedroom,
with private bath, featuring ceramic tile walk-in shower stall. Cable TV and VCR, small stereo with
AM/FM radio and CD player, washer and dryer is located on the same floor. Enjoy other amenities
such as your own covered reserved parking space, swimming pool and you are only steps away from the
powdery white sands of the gulf, and we include all the beach gear that you will need.

Everglades. Water sports, airboat rides, great outlet shopping, movie theaters, golf and tennis in
the area and plenty of dining out near by.

January 1st through April 30th - $2,500.00 per month
May 1st through August 31st - $1,100.00 per month
September 1st through December 31st - $1,500.00 per month
We require a Five Hundred dollar ($500.00) Security Deposit, and in addition a Non-Refundable One
Hundred dollar ($100.00) Cleaning Fee. Condominium Rules do not allow pets
