Vacation Rental Description

The Surf House - 1930's California Beach Bungalow across the street from Rio Del Mar State Beach.   
The Surf House retains many of its original features but with modern conveniences. Watch the  
surf, wildlife, and beach activities from your large deck or living room couch. Beach is kid and dog  
friendly. Well behaved pets welcome. Relax and enjoy the view or tour the local area.

The Surf house is a very clean, bright, home perfect for families and friends.   
Large picture window in living room with view of the sand and surf.   
HD Cable TV, free secure Wireless internet access. Stove, Refridgerator, Dishwasher, Microwave.  
Dishes, pots and pans. Spices, coffee, tea.  Dining for 6. Large deck with view of the beach. Bar-B- 
Que. Beach and deck  
chairs. Boggie board and beach toys. Sleeping for 6. Master bedroom has Queen bed and secretary desk  
with lots of books for reading. Balcony off of the master bedroom. Front bedroom has two twin beds.   
Trundle bed in livingroom alcove.  No Washer or Dryer but 2 laundromats within 1 mile of the house.  
Towels for the bath and the beach. 1 Bathroom with shower.

Activities and Attractions

Lots to do.   
At Rio Del Mar Beach: Swim, surf, boggie board, look for shells, explore tide pools. Walk or bike on  
the esplanade to the USS Palo Alto. Fish from the pier, walk the dog, run on the beach. Eat at Cafe  
Rio or Pixie Deli. 
Near by:  
5 min to Nascine Marks State Park - Redwood trees- walk, hike or ride your bike 
5 min to Aptos and Soquel for antiquing 
10 min to Capitola for shopping and eating 
20 min to the Santa Cruz boardwalk 
40 min to Monterey 
90 min to San Francisco

$330 each addtional night 
Weekly rate $2220 (7th night free)

2 night minimum  $505/night 
$385 each additional night
