We are accepting 2010 "early bird" reservations for single and / or multi-month (3 or more months) rentals. Our multi-month packages offer discounted rates over standard monthly rates and include all fees!!! As we expect to see a lot of activity for our multi-month packages, a deposit will ensure that your requested vacation timeframe is locked in for 2010!!!  Don't wait, call us!

Special Inflattion Buster Price for April 2010 - reduced from $2,900 to $2,500, that's a $400 discount and we will work with any rental agreement on the fees!!!

* References requested for 1st time renters
* Security Deposit - $500 (due at booking, refundable at end of
rental agreement, not refundable if cancelled within 60 days
of rental agreement)

* Cypress Woods Rental Agreement Fee - $100
* Cleaning Fee - $150
* Golf Transfer Fee - $150 (reduced green fees, discounts in club house and restaurant)
* 50% of 2010 rental fee due at time of agreement, remaining 50% due 60 days prior to rental.   We're sorry, but deposits are not redundable if cancellation is within 60 days of renting. 
* Pets are not allowed (Cypress Woods Golf and Country Club Rules and Regulations)
* Rental agreements start at the beginning to the end of the same month

* check-in 2pm, checkout 11am (negotiable if rented monthly to allow for cleaning)
