Innisbrook Resort is located within walking distance to St. Pete college and the Pinellas Trail.
The Gulf Beaches are a short distance away and provides swimming and boating activities. Tarpon
Springs and Dunedin are quaint little fishing villages within a few miles from the condo. The condo
has been recently upgraded with a complete kitchen offering newer appliances, granite counters and
new cabinets. This is a golf course view and from the balcony one has complete privacy overlooking
the treetops and affording beautiful sunsets. I will rent on an annual basis for $850/ month and
seasonal rates are $1500/ mo. Laundry facilites are available at no charge. An application fee is
charged by the condo association of $100.00. A first month and $500.00 security deposit is
collected at lease signing. Comfortable furniture and all the necessities make this a terrific
vacation condo.
