seating for 6. All tile family room has ping pong table.
An all tile patio, including patio furniture and lighting, has a large fire pit
and Weber kettle for your cooking pleasure.

Play ping pong or horseshoes while enjoying the breathtaking
sunsets and pounding surf. Kitchen amenities include full sized
refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender,
stove/oven, lobster pot. Patio furniture and boogie
boards for your enjoyment are provided. Internet hook-up, DirecTV, VCR, DVD, Stereo with tape deck and CD player, ceiling fans, fireplace, washer/dryer and off
street parking (3 vehicles) are also onsite amenities.

Short walking distance to all clubs, shopping and restaurants. On
the beach, quads, horses, surf boards, jet skis, boogie boards and
paragliding are available for rent. A short drive takes you to 2
spectacular golf courses, Fox Studio tours and Puerto Nuevo.
