Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy this spectacular open floor plan, beachfront property ideal 
for large groups or families.  Four rooms have queen, full sized or 
single beds plus 1 single sofa. New tile in bathrooms and hallway. 
Linens are provided but please bring your own towels.  
Spacious, open, fully equipped kitchen has tile floor and 
11 foot tile counter/bar that seats 6.  Separate dining room has 
seating for 6.  All tile family room has ping pong table.   
An all tile patio, including patio furniture and lighting, has a large fire pit 
and Weber kettle for your cooking pleasure.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Play ping pong or horseshoes while enjoying the breathtaking 
sunsets and pounding surf.  Kitchen amenities include full sized 
refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender,food 
processer, stove/oven, lobster pot.  Patio furniture and boogie 
boards for your enjoyment are provided.  DirecTV, DVD, Stereo with 
tape and CD player, ceiling fans, fireplace, washer/dryer and off 
street parking (3 vehicles) are also onsite amenities.  

Activities and Attractions

Short walking distance to all clubs, shopping and restaurants.  On 
the beach, quads, horses, surf boards, jet skis, boogie boards and 
paragliding are available for rent. A short drive takes you to 2 
spectacular golf courses, Fox Studio tours and Puerto Nuevo. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Mar 1, 2008 - Sept 30, 2008 - $235/night (8 guests) $25/per extra guest.  
Holidays additional.  
Mar 1, 2008 to Sept 30, 2008 - $1600/week (8 guests) $100/per extra guest.  
Sept 30, 2008 to Feb 28, 2009 - $200/night (8 guests) $25/per extra guest.  
Holidays additional.
Sept 30, 2008 to Feb 28, 2009 - $1300/week (8 guests) $100/per extra 
guest.
