I am a spectacular,open floor plan, beachfront property located next door to the famous Rosarito Beach Hotel. I sleep 11 so I am ideal for large groups and families. My master has 2 queen beds, guest has 1 queen bed and family room has 2 twin beds and 1 full bed. A large couch in the living room sleeps 1. My fully equipped kitchen includes a washer and dryer and 11 foot dining bar that seats 6. The dining room also seats 6.

My patio is well lit with a large firepit to take the evening chill off ,roast marshmellows for those 'delish' s'mores and watch sunsets that will amaze you. A Weber kettle BarBque is also provided. Other amenities include horse shoes and Boogie boards, horse and quad rentals are available year round and access to the hotels pool and spa upon request.

I also come with wireless internet, DVD and stereo with CD player. During Football Season Directv Season Ticket is provided for your enjoyment. The house is in a gated community and within walking distance of shopping, night clubs and fine dining.

A short drive South takes you to Fox Studio Tours, home of the filming of Titanic and many other fine films and Puerto Nuevo famous for its reasonably priced Lobster. Further South is Cantamar and Reubens grill and its 'mouth watering' $12.99 Sunday Brunch. South on the toll road is the Famous La Fonda Spa, Las Salinas small boat harbor and Baja Mar with its ocean front golf course. Further South is Highway 2 and the entrance to beautiful Guadalupe Valley and endless winerys for your tasting pleasure.

North, in the new Walmart shopping center you'll find the slot machine casino JackPot and Cinepolis movie theater where the movies are in English with sub-titles in Spanish. Further north is Real del Mar with its renowned golf course.
