Downstairs: Living room with bayviews.Two bedrooms.One bedroom with queen size bed. Second bedroom
converted to den with full size futon. Cable TV with DVD/VCR and stereo. Full bath.
Upstairs: Two large bedrooms. One bedroom with king size bed and TV. Second bedroom has queen size
bed and trundle bed(sleeps four in this room). Full bath.
Outside:Large fenced in yard. Gas grill . Outside shower. Patio furniture for 12 with two lounge
chairs.

Once settled into our charming home you can take a short walk along the bay. Watch the sunset from
the pier or relax at the beautiful beaches. Seaside park and Seaside Heights are classic shore towns
with rides, arcades, amusements and plenty to do. Restaurants are kid friendly and casual. A great
Family spot!!!
FYI: South Seaside Park is ready for Summer of 2013 . Hurricane Sandy did minimal damage withint this small area. Beaches are ready and Restruarants are up and running. Keep the family traditions and rent at the shore....it will be a great summer.
