(2) bedroom condo in the building. This condo has it's own private sundeck overlooking the pool,with
ocean & boardwalk views. This condo has location !!! Located at (9Th & ocean) just park in your own
parking spot & walk to everything.Condo has it's own washer & dryer. Also supplied (4) beach tags, (4) beach chairs, ; (25) ride tickets to Playland Pier at 10th & the boardwalk to jump start your vacation!!

full, 19" flat screen TV,closets, ac unit, door to your private sundeck.
Bedroom #2 has QUEEN size bed, ac unit, closets & ocean views, 19" flat screen TV.
Full kitchen, electric cook-top, microwave, toaster oven, frig. all utensils, seating for (6).
Living room :sofa, storage, 26" TV, ac unit.
Sundeck has (2)lounge chairs, patio furniture (seating for 6), BBQ gas grill, (2) deck boxes for
storage.This is the largest deck in center city, great to party on, sun & relax on, & a great place
just to sit back & have a drink & enjoy the views day or night.

My family and I stayed here for a week. We had been looking forward to our vacation for such a long time I was nervous that we would be disappointed when we arrived. But we weren't. The unit was clean, well laid out, and George was a pleasure. If we had any issue George resolved it right away. We rarely had to use our car since the unit was only 2 blocks from the beach. The washer and dryer were a Godsend since with 3 little ones things get dirty right away. The deck was amazing. We ate many meals out there and my husband felt like the BBQ king on the grill. And the pool was well used by my boys, especially since it's heated and at it's deepest it's still only 5 ft. Unfortunately our vacation was cut short due to the hurricane but i can tell you we will definitely be returning again next year.

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car

What a cozy condo this is. The owner was exceptional and the condo was clean and well maintained. The location can't be beat and having the patio for children is great. We went as a family of 4 adults, one child and a baby and had the best time. I would recommend this condo to my friends.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car

This was our 1st trip to Ocean City,NJ so we did not know what to expect.But everything was great.This condo is perfectly located,1.5 blks to the beach and 2 blks to the downtown.There are places to eat and snack within walking distance.We realy did'nt need to drive anywhere.The property was very clean and every thing in is like new.The deck was great,we cooked on the grill almost every nite and it is perfect for your morning coffee.We enjoyed the pool.We did not have any problems,but the owner George is close by if we needed him.The kids loved the boardwalk,the rides and the waterpark.The beach is very clean.Iwould recommend this property to anyone especially wtih children.
