2 bed - 2 bath newly constructed, newly furnished, second floor condo wih a lania overlooking Sable
Trace Golf Course.
The unit has a master bedroom with a queen sized pillow top mattress and a 2nd bedroom with a twin
beds with pillow top mattresses. The unit also has a sitting room / den that can also be used as a
third bedroom. All rooms have TV's.
Living-dining room is spacious with a sofa, loveseat and a full size dining table. Kitchen counter
with bar.
