Condo is fully equiped with newly remodel kitchen. The Condo is an end unit with extra space and
light. It sleeps 5 with a Queen in the Master bedroom, 2 twins, and a Queen Sofa sleeper and tile
floors through out. The unit has 2 parking spaces. Bring your Kayak, jet skis or boat and launch at
onsite marina. Slips may be available for addition charge and free trailer parking if space permits
(first come first served). Barbeque at one of the 3 Tiki huts around the pool or just walk down and
catch the sun around 1 of the 2 pools. Deep Sea Fishing, Diving/Snorkeling at the Reef or Fishing
the Flats are all short trips from our marina or charter.

Per our Association rules this condo must be rented monthly or more! No Daily or Weekly Rentals!
May - November (Off Season)
$1600.00 per month (Plus Florida tax 11.5% = $184.00)
December - April (In Season)
$1900.00 per month (Plus Florida tax 11.5% = 218.50)

Additional:
Security Deposit - $500.00
-- Required to secure reservation and will be refunded upon inspection at time of departure less any
damages.
-- Note: The $500.00 deposit reserves the unit for you and other potential renters will be turned
away. If you cancel this reservation and we are not able to secure another renter for the same time
the deposit will be forfeited.
Departure Cleaning - $100.00
-- Non-refundable and due at check in.
Condo Association Processing - $50.00
-- Non-refundable impact fee must be paid upon arrival to the onsite Landings of Largo manager to
secure a parking permit.
