The home has panoramic views of Lake Okanagan and Mountains from the master bedroom, living room, kitchen and all decks. The house is situated on a dead end street with Kalamoir Park at the end of the street, and within minutes walking distance. Kalamoir Park is on Lake Okangana and has beachs and pathways for several kilometers along the lake with beautiful scenery. Great for walking and cycling.
At night there are no street lights on the road so the view of the stars is incredible. When there
is a full moon, the moon rise is breath taking.

The main kitchen is very large and open with a 4 ft. by 10 ft. island, which is great for large groups. There are also 2 ovens in the main kitchen. The dining room table seats up to 12 people quite comfortably.

Rates:
$500-$600/night depending on the time of year and number of nights booked plus taxes.
Weekly rates $2,800 - $4,200 depending on time of year plus taxes.
Weekly rentals only in peak season June 15th to September 15th (Friday to Friday only).
2 night minimum September 16th - June 14th

For more than 8 people  it is an extra $25 per person per night

September 16th to February - 2 nights $1,200 (plus $320 per each additional night)

March to  June 15 - 2 nights $1,200 (plus $450 per each additional night)
