The Gathering Place Vacation Home is a terrific home for a family gathering or reunion, or for
vacations with a group of friends. There is plenty of room for everyone in this 3500 square foot

The home has panoramic views of Lake Okanagan and Mountains from the master bedroom, living room, kitchen and all decks. The house is situated on a dead end street with Kalamoir Park at the end of the street, and within walking distance. Kalamoir Park is on Lake Okangana and has beachs and pathways for several kilometers along the lake with beautiful scenery. Great for walink and cycling.
At night there are no street lights on the road so the view of the stars is incredible. When there
is a full moon, the moon rise is breath taking.

The main kitchen is very large and open with a 4 ft. by 10 ft. island, which is great for large groups. There are also 2 ovens in the main kitchen. The dining room table seats up to 12 people quite comfortably.

Located across the street from the Gathering Place Vacation House is a private gated beach. Relax,
tan, roast hot dogs and enjoy the sunsets around a cozy fire on over three serene acres. This park

-Swimming platform located in designated swimming area

Rates:
$300-$600/night depending on the time of year and number of nights booked plus taxes.
Weekly rates $2,000 - $3,500 depending on time of year plus taxes.
Weekly rentals only in peak season June 15th to September 15th (Friday to Friday only).
2 night minimum September 16th - June 14th

For more than 8 adults over 17 years old  it is an extra $25 per adult per night

November - February - 2 nights $1,000 (plus $200 per each additional night)

March - June 15 - 2 nights $1,200 (plus $400 per each additional night)
