Pinetop Country Club Retreat in Pinetop

This brand new home was completed in February of 2008. If you are looking for that home that has
the "ski lodge" feel but spares no luxuries, this is it! Our home has 2 Master Suites on the main
floor both with new King Beds. One of the suites has its own plasma tv and fireplace. The other has
its own sitting room with new lazy boy chairs and tv overlooking the beautiful ponderosa trees of
the White Mountains. The kitchen is done in reclaimed wood,huge granite island, and all Viking
aplliances. The living room has its own plasma tv, fireplace, reclaimed wood floors, leather
couches and leather club chair that will seat 6 comfortably. The upstairs will sleep 4 very
comfortably with a new queen bed, and two twin beds. This room has its own full bathroom, tv,
balcony, with its own sitting area which is great for kids or those in-laws you dont want to see. The house has free WI-FI.  

3 fireplaces, 3 1/2 baths, full Viking kitchen with all the serving dishes, pots and pans, and
everything needed for entertaining! New gas BBQ, outdoor seating and table for 8 plus additional
table/seating for 4, custom horseshoe pit, 1800 square feet of decking. Family room has a 42 inch
LCD with DVD, fireplace, and reclaimed wood floors. Master has a 42 inch plasma tv. Full washer
and dryer. Infloor heating in all 3 full bathrooms.
Pack your toothbrush and clothes because that is all you will need!

Pinetop has it all!! There are several golf courses, great dining, casino, skiing, horseback riding,
biking, hiking, fishing, and great antiquing. You will have plenty to see and do in this beautiful
surrounding of ponderosa pines and clean air. Come and relax and enjoy the White Mountains of
Arizona.
We are just 25 minutes from Sunrise Ski resort!

Rates are $350 a night for a minimum 3 night stay with a refundable $250 security deposit.
Weekly rates are $1750 with a refundable $250 security deposit.
Monthly rates are $2950 with a refundable $250 security deposit.
The weeks of Christmas, New Year's and July 4th are $2500 with a refundable $250 security deposit. All stays charged a $120 non-refundable cleaning fee - regardless of length of stay. 
No smoking or pets. No ski equipment allowed in house - leave in garage.
We rent our home as though it will be cared for as if you were staying at a friends house.
Check-in is 4:00 pm Check out is 11:00 am.
The cabin is not handicap accessible.                                                                 Minimum $500 deposit due at time of booking. 
Any cancellation must be made at least 30 days (dependent on terms in rental agreement) in advance of your arrival date to receive your deposit refund.
Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's and July 4th holidays must be cancelled 3 months in advance to receive a deposit refund.
Full payments for all nights must be made 14 days prior to occupancy - holiday weekends require full payment at least 30 days in advance. This payment is non-refundable. Linen service is provided.
Missing/damaged items or unusual cleaning requirements will be deducted from the security deposit refund.
