Recently fully restored top-to-bottom, the upper flat has two handsome bedrooms with lots of natural light, two full bathrooms, plenty of common space including living room, formal dining room, and large back patio with fireplace and manicured garden. The kitchen is a chef's dream -- a classic
motif with modern amenities which include a six-burner gas stove, large refrigerator, lit cabinets and refrigerated wine cellar.
The upstairs flat is approximately 1,600 square feet (150 square meters), has 14-foot high (4.3 meter) ceilings throughout, and can accommodate up to 4 comfortably.
A fully remodeled lower level studio, in the same 1899 Victorian home, is also available for $165/night. Please inquire for photos and details of Studio.
The studio consists of a gourmet kitchen which also includes a six burner gas stove, refrigerator, and wine cooler. The large bathroom in the studio has a clawfoot tub with a shower overhead and pedestal sink.
It has a queen size plush mattress and a twin sleeper sofa. The studio can sleep 1-3 and has it's own seperate entrance. Both flats have brand new appliances including a washer and dryer in each flat.
Take a movie at the Castro Theatre. Sunbathe in Dolores Park. Have the best burrito or crepe or falafel in the Mission. Get fresh groceries and pharmaceuticals 24/7. All within walking distance. As is Muni, BART and the easiest place to catch a taxicab in San Francisco.
Upper Flat Rate: $275/night, $125 cleaning fee, 14% tax
Studio Rate: $165/night, $75 cleaning fee, 14% tax
