of two Master Suites is located on the first floor and includes a King bed,
32" flat panel TV, Ocean View, access to the sun porch and a private bath
with walk-in shower.

guest bedrooms also occupy the first floor. 
One features a new King bed with a new 37" flat panel TV.  This bedroom shares a full hall bath with
another guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and features a whirlpool tub/shower combo.

The
second floor is home to the spacious 2nd Master Suite with King bed, Ocean View
with private balcony, 19" TV and private bath with corner Jacuzzi tub and
walk-in shower.

There
is a guest bedroom with new King bed and new 36" flat panel TV and a Children's
room with 2 full sets of bunk beds, perfect for the little ones in the
family.  These bedrooms share a bath with
a tub/shower.  The last guest bedroom features
a Queen bed and has a private half bath.

A
great feature of this house, and an area that many of your guests will enjoy, is
the recreation room on the second floor! 
It includes a ping pong table and comes complete with a full, granite
top wet bar, mini fridge, sink, 8 stools and 2 flat panel TV's; one 21"
and one 25".  It also accommodates 2
guests on a Queen sofa sleeper.
