It is located with-in easy walking distance of the heart of Playas del Coco where you will find many fine restaurants, night life, banks, grocery stores, and of course, the world famous Playas del Coco beach.

This house is tastefully appointed with quality, comfortable furnishings and has 3 bedrooms, 2 with King sized beds and the other with a Full size bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher.

The house is unique in that it offers the additional privacy for couples because the entrances into the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are through private sliding glass doors just off of the pool and patio areas. Each of these bedrooms is air conditioned and has their own en-suite bathroom. Perfect for 3 couples who want to enjoy their time as a group, but also have privacy when they desire.

The patio surrounding the infinity edge pool is a perfect spot to lounge in the sun, enjoy the trade winds or have an evening BBQ.

Playas del Coco is one of the oldest fishing villages in Costa Rica. Now, it also has many fine reataurants, banks and modern grocery and clothing stores. Hire a fishing boat or buy the catch of the day as they make their way to the market. Try your luck at the Casino or bargin shop in the many souvenir or gift shops around town.
