Situated conveniently between the ski slopes of Windham ( 5 minutes) and Hunter (10 minutes), the home is ideal for skiers, snowboarders and snowshoers.

Windham in Spring, Summer and Fall is a mecca for hiking, golfing, mountain biking, canoeing and kayaking, flyfishing and swimming in the nearby lakes. Of course, in the Fall, the foliage is just spectacular.

And, of course, restaurants and art galleries galore, all within a few minutes drive.

After all this activity, relax on the large deck with a coffee or a glass of wine and enjoy the view, barbecue on the covered patio, enjoy a game of pool or just unwind in the jacuzzi.

There is plenty of space to spread out. Apart from a King bedroom, three Queen bedrooms and a finished attic with 4 twin beds, you also have the use of the large "great room" with dining and lounge areas as well as another sitting room with stone fireplace and piano and a modern kitchen with separate breakfast room.

This  means that families and groups can enjoy our home without tripping over each other.

Full winter seasonal rental  - November 15 through April 15
$12,500 + utilities

May, June -

Weekly: $1400 for up to 8 people plus $150 weekly each for up to 4 additional  people.

Nightly: $300 per night for up to 8 people plus $50 per night each for up to 4 additional  people. Minimum 2 nights. (3 night minimum for holiday weekends)

July, August, September, October -

Weekly: $1,600 for up to 8 people plus $200 weekly each for up to 4 additional people.

Nightly:  $400 per night for up to 8 people plus $50 per night each for up to 4 additional people.  Minimum 2 nights. (3 night minimum for holiday weekends)

August 11th to 12th $1200 (Warrior Dash weekend)

In all cases we require a security deposit equivalent to $150 per night to a maximum of $500 and a cleaning fee for each booking 0f $100 for the first 4 people plus $10 per additional person people
