Beach walk-out cottage in Indian Shores

This charming seaside cottage is truly unique. Walk out the front door, across the stone-
tiled covered patio, and your feet are in the sand. No stairs, hallways, or elevators to deal
with. This cottage is
literally RIGHT ON THE BEACH! You have your own beach area surrounded by sea oats.
Just beyond is the sparkling, clear water of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room, kitchen
and eating areas all have unobstructed views of the water.

I completely renovated the cottage last Spring with plans to move in, so it's extra nice

The kitchen is fully furnished with quality cookware and dishes. Or, you may prefer to
use the grill to prepare meals which you can enjoy al fresco as you watch the sun set over
the Gulf.
The romantic master bedroom has a four-poster queen sized bed. The second bedroom
has twin beds as well as a pull-out trundle.
Everything you need is here including: beach towels, umbrellas, chairs and floats. Other
property
amenities include off-street parking for two cars, washer and dryer, central A/C and heat.

If you choose to venture out, there are many area attractions and activities such as boat
rentals, diving, fishing peers, deep-sea fishing charters, golf, shopping, museums,
professional baseball, football and hockey. Busch Gardens is an easy 45 minute drive.
There is also wonderful fine and casual dining very close by. In fact, the five-star Salt Rock
Grill is within walking distance. If you so chose,the beach trolley stops one block away and
runs all the way up and down the Gulf beaches.

One week minimum stay.

All year: $1200.00/week

Discount of 10% for rentals of two or more weeks.
12% taxes
$80.00 cleaning fee
$300.00 security deposit is due with the reservation. The deposit is refundable with
cancellation 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
