Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful furnished, 2 bed 2 bath condo, is well equiped 
to a DELUXE standard.  It is a direct gulf front condo on the 5th 
floor (with a fully operational new elevator) with stunning views 
over the ocean, the white sands of Madeira Beach and the local Johns 
Pass.  The perfect location for rest, relaxation and beautiful 
sunsets. This condo is approx 90 minutes from Orlando, 40 minutes 
from Tampa and located between Clearwater and St Petersburg.  It is 
rated one of the most beautiful natural beaches in Florida.  It is 
located within walking distance of Johns Pass, a delightful re-
creation of an old fishing village with shops, restaurants, gambling 
ships, deep-sea fishing boats, wave-runners, parasailling, and 
enjoyable nightlife.  This destination is perfect for all ages.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The condo offers lounge/dining room, large kitchen, master bedroom 
with 2 queen size beds, overlooking the balcony with ocean view, en-
suite shower room and walk in closet, 2nd bedroom with 2 twin 
beds and a bay view, 2nd bathroom with full size bath.
We have video players, hifi, and TV's in both bedrooms.
The kitchen has a range, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice-
maker, coffee maker, microwave, blender, full set of crockery 
and cooking utensils along with fantastic Bay Views.  We also 
have a telephone with internet connection.

Activities and Attractions

The building offers beautiful landscaped gardens to the front and 
rear, direct access to the beach, pool deck area with heated pool 
and jacuzzi, shuffle board. There is an elevator protected by 
security code), laundry facilities with washer and dryers on the 4th 
and 7th floor of the building.

May  - Aug - $900  per week 
Sept - Nov - $925 per week
Dec - Jan - $1000 per week (except xmas week)
