Beautiful Wai'ula'ula at Mauna Kea Resort in Mauna Kea

Wai'ula'ula is a stunning gate guarded enclave of homes and condos
situated within two world class
resorts - Mauna Kea Resort and the Hapuna Beach Prince Resort. Our
condo (B-101), is ground floor
level, overlooking the 17th tee box and a drop-dead unobstructed view
of the Pacific ocean. The
very large, wrap around lanai has two areas for dining, a gas grille
cook center with fridge and
sink. The condo is decorated professionally and is comfortable and
elegant. The glass pocket
sliding doors in the great room disappear so that you may enjoy the
lovely trade breezes and
thoroughly enjoy your island experience. The exceptionally high
ceilings and soundproofing is in
step with a very high end home. The Amenity Center is a 5 minute
walk away. It has a large
saltwater infinity pool, two jacuzzis, a workout/weight room,
kitchen, TV room and an outside
grilling area.

We provide everything you will need for a lovely island getaway. We
personally great you at the
time of arrival and help to answer any questions you may have. We
provide beach chairs, coolers,
boogie boards, towels, snorkeling equipment, along with our local
number if there are any on-site
questions, etc.

The condo has a Wolfe gas stove, oven/micro, Sub-zero fridge
(w/filtered water & ice), Fisher/Paykel
two drawer ultra quiet dishwasher, Fisher/Paykel washer & dryer.
T.V.s, DVD players, CD players.

There is a two-zone A/C, ceiling fans, Two master suites w/king beds
and a third guest room with two
twin beds. Master suites have a beautiful ocean view and separate
entrance to lanai. Third bedroom
has a garden view.

There is an abundance of marble, granite and stone work throughout.

Beaches are a two minute drive away. There are local organic
farmer's markets nearby. You may hike
in Waipio valley within the rain forest, go deep sea fishing, visit
Volcano National Park, check out
the Mauna Kea Observatory or horseback ride in the Kohala mountains.
Kona is approx 30 minutes
south and provides lots of shopping, movie theaters and activities.

Daily rates are $300 during the low season and $700 during the
holiday/festive season. We accept
last minute bookings. There is a $150 departure cleaning that is
applied. Refundable security
deposit of $1000 is due at time of booking. All monies are due 45
days prior to arrival.
