Study/office includes a Queen "Murphy Bed". Totally new
large Kitchen with breakfast area, open to dining room with breathtaking ocean views. Second bedroom has two twin beds and a hallway bath.
Oceanside on the first floor has two bedrooms with Queen beds that are Handicap accessible with a Handicap bathroom.

The screened porch is also handicap accessible.

Second Floor: Master Suite with 1 King bed, sitting area with TV/VCR/DVD, Jacuzzi tub and oceanfront sun deck. Sixth bedroom 1 Queen bed, Ocean view and a daybed w/ trundle. Seventh bedroom has 2 Twin beds and shares full hall bath with bedroom six.

The boardwalk now has steps at the end, right to an amazing, hardpacked, white sand beach!

There are shower stalls for showering & a sink for rinsing, under the house.  No need for sandy floors & porches!
