relaxing in the ocean breeze.

There are seven bedrooms and 5 full baths. The bedding is as follows:

First Floor: Living room has extraordinary ocean views, fireplace, full wet bar, TV/VCR/DVD and
opens to a huge screened porch.
Study/office includes a Queen "Murphy Bed". Totally new
large Kitchen with breakfast area, open to dining room with breathtaking ocean views. Second
bedroom has two twin beds and a hallway bath.
Oceanside on the first floor has two bedrooms with Queen beds that are Handicap accessible with a
Handicap bathroom.

The screened porch is also handicap accessible.




Second Floor: Master Suite with 1 King bed, sitting area with TV/VCR/DVD, Jacuzzi tub and oceanfront
sun deck. Sixth bedroom 1 Queen bed, Ocean view and a daybed w/ trundle. Seventh bedroom has 2 Twin
beds and shares full hall bath with bedroom six.



The boardwalk now has steps at the end.



There are shower stalls and a sink under the house to shower on the way back from the beach.
