The large, glassed in oceanfront porch can be either cooled along with the main living area, or you can close the sliding glass doors (keeping the great view) and open the windows for that amazing Atlantic Ocean breeze - you decide!!

The large, private pool is amongst the nicest in the area!  The pool is completely fenced for an extra safety bonus.  

The 6 bedrooms are all ensuite (private baths). Four of the bedrooms (with kings) have direct access to the outside porches with gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean.  There is a "kid friendly" loft area, complete with TV/DVD player and private bath. 

4 bedrooms on the main level each have King beds. One bedroom has a Queen, with direct access to the ocean view deck. Upstairs, the loft bedroom has Queen sleeper sofa and two twin beds.

The well equipped gourmet kitchen boasts a large Viking Stove, extra wall oven and warming drawer.  The huge dining area is complete with a full wet bar, separate ice maker and TWO large tables.  Perfect for the whole family!!

This is the PERFECT family gathering place!  14 guests can eat, sleep and play together!!!
