ovens, microwave, electric cook top and dishwasher.  It opens to the dining room which features a
table for 8 plus fantastic ocean views. The living room boasts a cathedral ceiling with floor to ceiling
windows.  What a view!  The comfortable seating group features a Queen sofa sleeper.  An entertainment system includes a 36 inch TV/DVD/VCR & Stereo.  There is a half bath located off the foyer.  The laundry room has full size washer and dryer.

The master suite features a Queen bed, ocean views, 25 inch TV/DVD/VCR and access to the
screen porch.  The private master bath has been completely renovated with a large tiled shower, new double vanity cabinets & counters, and tile floors.

The second floor consists of 2 guest bedrooms separated by an open walkway overlooking the
living room and ocean beyond.  Each bedroom has a Queen bed and shares a large Jack & Jill bath with a tub/shower and double sink vanity.

The third floor is an amazing glassed-in rooftop aerie with a cozy loveseat.  This is a lovely spot to watch the sunrise and sunset each day.  Step out onto the 360 degree widows walk to take in the vista that awaits you!

There is a large, open sun porch on the back of the house with seating and pub table with 4 chairs and a screened in porch to the side.
