We are located in 45 minutes northeast of Asheville, NC in Yancey County, the gateway to Mount
Mitchell. Our property is 6 miles south of Burnsville town square and includes 208 acres of private
land with ½ mile of crystal clear river frontage. Guest cabins are all located mountain side
overlooking the river.

Each cabin sleeps 6 featuring a master bedroom with Simmons Beautyrest mattress and full bath. The
loft has twin beds with Simmons mattresses which can be converted to kingsize with advance notice.
The loft also has a full bath. The sleeper sofa in the living area will sleep two additional guests.
