Charming, Quiet Park-Side Condo with a Beach Vibe in Key Biscayne

Located smack in the heart of the Island Paradise of Key Biscayne, FL, our condo is fully furnished & equipped with the feel of a beach-front cottage. 
The condo is fully remodeled, air conditioned, 1 bedroom w/ 2 twin beds (optional king bed
available upon request)... a separate den with a comfortable pull-out, queen-size sleep
sofa and full kitchen with separate dining area. The bath has both a full-size tub and
shower and features a mosaic installation by international artist, Kim Rizio. The living
area has a view of the pool, patio and garden. The bedroom looks across Key Biscayne's
9-acre Village Green park. The condo is pet-friendly (up to 70 lbs) with its own high-
speed wireless internet connection and cable TV. The apartment is within walking
distance to Key Biscayne's world-famous beaches, Bill Baggs State Park and Cape Florida
Lighthouse & all major shopping areas, especially the new Key Colony Plaza in which
Starbucks is located! Pool, laundry parking on-site.

This property has 1 BR, a full bath and sleeps a maximum of 4 people.
The bedroom is furnished with one king-size bed. Two twin beds are also available by
request at no additional charge.
The bedroom has a full double closet with shelf space for clothes and shoes and a
storage area for suitcases and bulky items. There are 2 new dressers with mirrors; new
night tables, lamps and appointments. There is a new, comfortable, queen-size pull-out
sofabed in the den.
All linens are supplied, including blankets. There is a steam iron ironing board and clock
radio for your convenience.
The bath is decorated with a one-of-a-kind mosaic designed and installed by
international artist Kim Rizio. The shower/tub combo, toilet and sink are all brand new.
There is ample storage space and electrical outlets for personal items. We furnish a
blow dryer. All towels are furnished, including those for pool/beach use.

oven, refrigerator/freezer, toaster oven, and all dishes, crystal and cooking utensils.

Swimming pools: The den overlooks the communal pool outdoor pool with patio and
appointments.
Suitability: Children welcome! No-smoking. We LOVE pets! (Especially DOGS!) Since the
apartment is close to the parking and on a single level, it is considered suitable for
elderly or infirm. However, the facilities are not ADA-compliant.
Housekeeper: We can make arrangements for daily housekeeping for an additional
charge.
Babysitting: Can be arranged as needed at additional charge.
Spa Services: In-house massage, manicure and pedicure can be arranged at additional
charge.
Onsite equipment: Beach-Towels, beach chairs and umbrella.

Key Biscayne is a "golf-cart" community. If you would like to see the island like we
natives, we can make arrangements for you to rent a street-legal golf cart, which is all
you really need to tour KB in style!
We are within walking distance to all houses of worship.

The apartment is located about 3 blocks from some of the most beautiful beaches in the
world! Our location, surrounded by the Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, is prime for
fly and deep sea fishing, SCUBA diving & snorkeling.
Nestled between 2 parks, our landscape delights; being of the most pristine natural &
tropical to be found in an urban area.
Located just 12 miles from downtown Miami and 15 miles from South Beach, Key
Biscayne offers a relaxed, family-friendly, island atmosphere, excellent shopping,
restaurants, outdoor sports and activities galore.
Our Community Center (located 1 block from the apartment) sponsors educational &
fitness classes of all types, a full gym, basketball court, dance studio, computer lab,
heated swimming pool...all available either by membership or by daily use pass.
The Links at Crandon Park, the former home of the Sr. PGA tournament, is a world class,
public golf course, located ~3km from the apartment.
Crandon Park and Bill Baggs State park envelope our little spot of paradise. Crandon
Park features a the Marjory Stoneman Douglas Nature Center, beautiful gardens with bike
and walking paths, plus an unparalleled beach. Bill Baggs State Park, located at the tip
end of our little island, features 2 waterside restaurants, Cape Florida Lighthouse,
nature trails, beach pavilions and has consistently been ranked by "Dr. Beach", as one
of the most beautiful beaches in the US.

Advance rental payment of at least 50% of the total rental rate will be due upon
confirmation of reservation. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to check-in,
unless prior arrangements have been made with the owner.
Payment may be made in the form of cash, check drawn on a US bank, money order,
cashier's check or credit card (via PayPal).  If
payment is made by check, the check must clear the account and funds must be made
available to owner prior to check-in.
