The Papakea complex sits just off the main road in the town of Honokowai, just north of Ka'anapali,
on the leeward (an old nautical term meaning "best") side of Maui. But traffic is light, and the
condo is free of noise and congestion; just the sounds of the Pacific waves crashing on the sand
mere yards from your bedroom window. You can literally throw a baseball into the ocean from the
balcony.
Witness sunsets that seem almost otherworldly, they're so spectacular. With gorgeous views of
Molokai and Lanai. (Not "the lanai", but Lanai the actual island.)
The old Hawai'ian capital of Lahaina, West Maui's major city, is just 8 minutes south. To the north
is the bucolic, world-famous resort of Kahului. And the first stretch of beach is just an elevator
ride and a 100-foot walk away from your bedroom door.
The entire building is non-smoking. Evidence of smoke means a $1000 surcharge, plus charges levied
by Papakea management.
No pets, and shoes must be removed before entering the condo. (Sand gets everywhere.)
There is no air conditioner in this unit. There are fans in every room.

Nightly rates, which include parking:

$200 April 16 - June 15, September 2 - December 15

3 nights' deposit required when you book. The remainder is due 60 days before you arrive.
$100 fee if cancelled with 60 days' notice, 50% fee if cancelled with 30-60 days' notice. No
cancellations with fewer than 30 days' notice.
$500 refundable security deposit.
$150 Cleaning fee
