This beautiful condo is new in 2007 and just footsteps from miles of sand beach!  It has 2 full  
bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, sofa sleeper and additional sleeping space for extra guests. There is a fully- 
equipped kitchen with washer & dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee maker, toaster, cd  
player.  Living room has fireplace, large screen tv, dvd player, Charter basic and expanded cable tv  
package, free wifi (10 meg speed), free in and out-of-state long distance calling.  The Best aspect  
of the condo is that it has amazing views of Lake Michigan and is just footsteps from miles of sand  
beach, which is rare in Door County.  The condo is ideal for couples as well as families with  
children.  This area of Lake Michigan is great for swimming and walking in the summer and cross  
country skiing in the winter. If you are unfamiliar with Jacksonport, it has some of the best sand  
beach in the county - since most other places are very rocky - and other properties can only  
advertise "water view" with no areas for walking.  Jacksonport is a small, quiet village which is  
centrally located between the more popular tourist destinations of the county with Sturgeon Bay 15  
minutes south and the northern villages are all 10 - 20 minutes to the north.  We look forward to

Summer, weekly rentals Saturday to Saturday preferable 
High Season rates are $250 - $300 nightly, $1,600 - $2,200 weekly 
low season rates vary and are typically $150 - $175 nightly with minimum stay of 3 nights.  Cleaning  
charges may apply. High season rates apply to festivals and holidays.
