Under 10 foot ceilings, the Grove has hand milled hardwood floors, a beautiful window wall with wood windows overlooking a secluded oak grove, a one-of-a-kind stone fireplace, 2 flat screen TVs, free WI-FI access for the working traveler or computer gaming, and a secured 2-Car garage. The Grove also provides multiple private terraces including large 3rd floor wrap around patio outside of a video/game room on the 3rd floor.

The gourmet kitchen amenities include granite counters with bar seating, and full size stainless steel appliances and gas range with retractable hood and refrigerator. Also included are fully stocked dishware, pots, pans, utensils, coffeemaker, and microwave.

The luxurious Master Bedroom includes king bed and walk-in closet, and master bath with travertine floors, jacuzzi/ tub, a large walk-in shower with bench, his/ her sinks, blow dryer, and a nearby laundry room. Two other bedrooms with queens. One multi-purpose bedroom with full bed and twins.

The upper level has a 350 SF video/ game room with a large plasma TV designed for kids, family, or friends to gather and game table.

Multiple restaurants nearby with indoor/outdoor seating. Historic downtown Austin with tours of the capitol. Shopping at nearby shopping malls or boutique shopping in one-of-a-kind shops. General Rates $400/night with 3 night minimum $2400 per week.
Holidays and Special Events $500.00 per night $3000.00 per week.
SXSW $600/night
Other charges -- 15% tax and $150 cleaning charge
More then 9 people, extra charge of $25.00 per person per night.
50% due at initial booking, remaining 50% due 30 days prior to arrival.
Refundable security deposit of $500.00 needed to secure reservations.
