Enjoy the Gulf of Mexico view from your living room, private balcony and the master bedroom. You will wake up to the view every morning. Access to the balcony from living room and master! You also have your own private washer and dryer room (next to your front door) that has beach amenities, beach chairs, umbrellas, large beach towels, fishing pole with tackle all for your use! Enjoy grilling outdoors around the heated pool, facing the sandy beach. Take a walk to the south and enjoy a view of multi million dollar private homes. Head North and enjoy a walk to the fishing pier. Each floor of the complex has a table and chairs to enjoy a beverage and sunset. You are on the top floor (4th) of ths easy in & out building with elevator access and a beautiful landscaped atrium. This condo sits on Gulf Blvd takes you quickly to any number of shops, restaurants, entertainment, airport and you are only 15-45 minutes to many tourist attractions around the Tampa Bay area.

Kitchen is fully equipped. Unit offers a private washer & dryer in a separate laundry room with plenty of beach amenities and fishing pole with tackle.
