50 foot deck with outdoor shower overlooking preserved land.  The care taker handles all the chores, may assist you, or you can choose to take on any farming
gardening, etc, for as long as
you want, any time you want! The Housatonic River offers fishing and kayaking, and there are many hiking trails, nature preserves and riding stables nearby. Explore the Antique Railroad Museum across the street, or shop the many great stores on Main Street. Lime Rock Race Track is just twenty minutes north, and Mohawk Ski Mountain is even closer! Kent Falls State Park is just five minutes by car.

Musicians are encouraged to come take advantage of our full PA system and music equipment including drum set, keyboard, guitars and bass and mic setups.

We accept a 50% deposit by paypal for booking, and the remainder is do before sign in, by cash, PayPal, or certified check. We accept credit cards through PayPal, or by phone and email.
