Secluded quite area in Los Angeles County. You'll feel like your in a luxury mountain cabin, but 
shopping, and entertainment is just minutes away. Close to all the major attractions. Hiking trails 
with beautiful views of the San Fernando Valley, are within walking distance. Just 12 miles to the 
Pacific Ocean through beautiful Topanga Canyon. Relax on your own 500 sq. foot private deck which sits 
under a large old Pine tree. BBQ your favorite foods on your own gas grill. Go for a swim, play 
basketball, table tennis, or shoot pool in the property's private pub. But best of all sleep like a 
baby in the quiet nature intended, where all you might hear is the howl of a coyote. We are family 
friendly

Vacation Rental Amenities

The cottage boasts a Spring Air advanced back care King Bed, with natural bedding for a good nights 
sleep. Only 100% cotton and wool is used to lull you to sleep. The living area has a queen sized sofa 
bed, with bar blocker, and a mattress pad to make it comfortable to sleep on. There's a 46"Samsung HDTV 
with free premium channels. Sit in your private steam shower, and release the toxins. The cottage is 
fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Wireless DSL is also available. Washer and 
Dryer, just out the back door for your use. Tastefully decorated,real hardwood, and stone flooring.
It even has a espresso maker. This cottage has just been completly renovated with no expense spared for 
ultimate comfort.  

Activities and Attractions

On site activities include Swimming, Basketball, table tennis, punching bag, dry sauna, pool, darts, 
board games, hiking, trampoline. Paradise cottage is a part of a 1/2 acre estate consisting of a main 
house and 2 cottages. Washer and dryer are shared between the 2 cottages, as well as the other 
activities listed. The cottages are separate and private. The individual structures where built with character and charm in the late 1920's to early 1930's. But have been completely and tastefully 
updated, still leaving some old world charm. In the historic Gerard tract of Woodland Hills
