 Location  
It is hard to imagine a better place for exploring the exciting city of Istanbul, than this villa in the small town of  
Kanlica (part of Istanbul), right on the Bosphorus, and about 30 minutes from the center of the old city. All kinds  
of shops are within a short walking distance. It is 5 minutes away from the highway and the bridge connecting  
Europe and Asia. 
Istanbul – Old Town: 30 minutes by bus or taxi 
Bus stop: 2 minutes by foot 
Kanlica (shops): 100 meters    
    
 Exterior Description  
This beautiful seaside villa on the Bosphorus in Istanbul has two entrances and two outside areas. The seaside  
terrace has tables and chairs for eating, lounging and reading; the other small patio has a barbecue. The villa  
has been recently refurbished and stands between two examples of the old wooden yalis (villas) that used to  
dot the coast. Some of the yalis date from the 17th century. In the last 30 years there have been very few new  
houses built along the Bosphorus. As a result this area is recognized as the most prestigious location. There is  
a small room used by the caretaker. There is parking for one car.    
    
 Interior Description  
(220 m2) The villa is laid out on three floors. 
Ground Floor: There are two separate entrances, one on the sea side. The luminous dining room faces the sea  
and opens onto a spacious terrace with a table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and  
oven. The bedroom has a queen-size bed of 160 cm, and a bathroom with a sink, WC and shower. Also on the  
ground floor is a guest bathroom with a sink and WC. There is a small maid’s room and a small bathroom with a  
sink, WC and shower. 
First Floor: There is a beautiful and bright living room facing the sea. In addition, there is a double bedroom with  
a queen-size bed of 160 cm, and a bathroom with sink, WC and shower. 
Second Floor: On this floor there is a double bedroom with a queen size bed (160 cm) and a balcony facing the  
sea.
