$50.00 pet charge on all pets.
Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.
To secure your requested dates, we must receive a fully executed rental agreement and 50% of the total rent paid by MC/Visa or Cashiers Check. We have a Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee of $175.00. Pets are welcome on our property, however we do ask you to please fill out our Pet Disclaimer on the Rental Agreement. The 'Residual Amount Due (Rent, Tax & Cleaning Fee) is due at least 60 days prior to your arrival date. Example: 50% of total rent/Rental Agreement due immediately to reserve dates. If your arrival date is 06/01/08 the Residual amount is due the latest 04/01/08. Exceptable payment: Visa, Master Card or Check's
CHECK-IN is at 4:00pm, however you may inquire about any earlier check-in time provided there has been ample time to prepare the property for your stay. If we can not provide an early check-in and there is a need to hold baggage prior to check-in, we can arrange to have your baggage held at the property location while it is being prepared for your stay. CHECK-OUT is at 11:00am the
day of your departure.
