There is a king size bed in the master bedroom with a connecting bathroom with a large steam shower/tub with double jets, and a cool river rock finish. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have king size beds and share a bathroom with a jetted shower. There is also a small bathroom with a shower in the 3rd bedroom. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The house has cable, music and wireless internet. There is a large grotto style pool with a  waterfall and the whole backyard has night scaped lighting which makes it perfect for outdoor waterfront dining. Have a fun filled night grilling on your outdoor gas range barbecue and relaxing on a beautiful part of a wide canal. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs with a spacious indoor dining room. The house sits on a  very quiet cul-de-sac, private and safe, just 1 block from the intercoastal waterway and lovely Holland park.  A mere 10 minutes bicycle or drive to Hollywood Broadwalk and Beach, named one of the ten best beaches in the country. Historic Downtown has nice restaurants and shops and is a 10 minute drive. The house is one  block from the intercoastal waterway. Beautiful scenic walking and biking surrounded by prestigious Hollywood Lakes area. Great Golfing and close to 3 Casinos! Hollywood Beach Florida has so much to offer. You will Love Hollywood, Florida and all there is to do and see!

The modern kitchen is fully equipped for all cooking needs. Towels and linens are provided. Dishwasher, washer and dryer are on property. Fully furnished ,spacious and comfortable for everyone.
