Serenitycove/house in North Captiva Island

Our two-bedroom home is located in the exclusive Safety Harbor Club. The house over looks a beautiful
lake, great for bird-watching. The private Safety Harbor Club beach is just steps from the house. The
property is very tropical offering plenty of privacy. Spacious decks surround the house on three
sides perfect for observing the many local flocks of birds that roost in growth along the shore of
the lake.

The house was totally remodeled in 2006. The kitchen is all cherry cabinets,granite countertops, oak
floors through out, all new appliances,dishwasher,ice-maker and fully equipped.
Entertainment includes T.V. stereo, DVD, satellite-dish, 2 bicycles, pool and tennis.

The house has a master suite on the second floor with a spacious walk-in closet, bath with full
shower, King-size bed and a balcony with views of the island and the Gulf of Mexico.

The second bedroom and bath are on the main floor with balcony over-looking the lake and a queen-size
bed.

There is an out door shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. The safety Harbor Club pool in 30
seconds away by golf cart located next to the tennis courts on the other side of the lake.

Located off the kitchen is a cozy screened breakfast nook perfect for relaxing with nature while
enjoying a meal.

North Captiva offers some of the finest shelling in the area. Fishing is world class,Tarpon, Snook,
Grouper, Redfish and snapper just to mention a few. There are a number of fishing guides available or
bring your own tackle and fish from our docks or the beach.
The south half the island is all state park and perfect for hiking, shelling and bird-watching, summer
is the turtle nesting season.
The island has four restaurants too choose from and a pool-bar at the North Captiva Island Club.
There is a small convenient store for those last minute items and a gift shop at Barnacle Phils
Restaurant over looking the harbor.

December-April $1500.00 Week.
May-November $1200.00 week.
11% Tourist tax to be added to the above rates.
Check in is Saturday after 1-pm. Check out is the following Saturday by 11-am. unless pryer
arraignments have been made with the owners.
