Vacation Rental Description

Beautifully furnished double wide mobile home.  Creamy tile throughout the living room, kitchen,  
dining area, family room and screened porch with carpet in the bedrooms.  Bright and airy open floor  
plan with cooking island and large low seated dining bar & rolling chairs. Family room with wet-bar  
has a sleep sofa, 2 side chairs and lazy boy lounger, plus TV,VCR,DVD & sliding doors leading to the  
furnished  screen porch. There is a screened work area between porch and storage shed for those who  
like to putter.  The master bedroom has a King Bed, tripple dresser, armoire and TV. For a relaxing  
soak after a game of golf the beautiful master bath has a garden tub and separate shower, beautiful  
double sinks and a large mirrored closet.  The guest bedroom has a queen bed, double dresser with a  
separate entrance to the guest bath.  The laundry area is across from the guest bath.  Refrigerator,  
dishwasher,microwave oven, washer and dryer were all new in 2005 and wall oven is original. There is  
a built-in China Cabinet with a full set of china in the dining area and a lovely glass table with 6  
chairs.  The kitchen is fully equipped with everyday matching dishes, lots of lovely glassware and  
cutlery, plus cofee maker, juicer, blender, toaster, crock pot etc.,etc. There is a dustbuster,  
broom, mop, vacuum, iron & board, tool kit & step ladder.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Barefoot Bay is about 12 miles south of Melbourne across from the Indian River on US1 with it's own  
fishing pier, 4 swimming pools, tennis, bocci, shuffleboard, storage lot for RV's & Boats and it's  
own private oceanfront property in Melbourne Beach. 
 
The biggest attraction for most people is the beautiful 18 hole golf course which is less than $10  
for a round of golf plus one time membership fee.  For the avid golfer, this is a treasure. 
 
Onsite- and just in front of Barefoot Bay,  you will find restaurants, shopping, banking, post  
office, fire house, club house, a huge auditorium where activities are ongoing.  The social life is  
incredible and there is something for everyone including bridge, bingo, crafts, entertainment &  
Socials.

Activities and Attractions

There are over 30 clubs at Barefoot Bay, so you are bound to find something to your liking.  Close to  
Vero Beach and winter entertainment, Melbourne and the performing arts theater, 1 1/2 hours to  
Orlando and attractions, 1 1/4 hours to Kennedy Space Center.  Just 30 minutes from some of the most  
beautiful beaches in Florida and Barefoot Bay's own private beachfront property.  Sebastian Inlet  
hosts one of the biggest surfing contests and is reknowned for it's fishing and wildlife.  Manatees  
and Loggerhead Turtles can be observed quite readily.  White pelicans that do not dive, but herd  
their prey, winter at the inlet every year and blue and white herons can be seen stealing fish at  
every opportunity that they can get.

Vacation Rental Rates

January through April $1,650/mo plus tax, includes limited cable tv and $50 toward utilities per month 
                      tenant pays the difference. 
 
May to December 27th-- $895/mo plus tax includes limited cable tv, tenant pays water, phone and  
electricity 
 
*note: there is no tax on leases of 6 months or greater.
